In this role, you will handle the entire permit acquisition process, from initial applications to final approvals, using tools like GIS mapping software and permit management systems. You will also coordinate with local government agencies, utility providers, and other stakeholders to address any issues or delays. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the permit acquisition process for FTTH projects, ensuring timely and accurate submission of all required documents.
• Coordinate with local government agencies, utility providers, and other stakeholders to secure necessary permits and approvals.
• Monitor project timelines and manage any delays or issues that may arise during the permit acquisition process.
• Utilize GIS mapping software and permit management systems to track and manage permit statuses.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports to stakeholders, including project updates, permit statuses, and any challenges encountered.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure seamless project execution and compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all permit-related activities and communications.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members on permit acquisition processes and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as civil engineering, urban planning, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in permit acquisition and stakeholder management for infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of local regulations and permit requirements for infrastructure projects in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficient in using GIS mapping software and permit management systems.
• Familiarity with FTTH (Fiber To The Home) projects and infrastructure development is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
