📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards set by the Head Chefs.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and production targets.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food.
• Assist in inventory management and stock control.
• Participate in kitchen meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new techniques and recipes.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and high standards of service.
• Adhere to the hotel's policies and procedures, including confidentiality and professional conduct.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Fluency in English is a plus, but not mandatory as proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
