📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of maritime equipment, including container cranes, reach stackers, and other specialized machinery.
• Implement and monitor maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment condition to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related problems.
• Monitor equipment performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for equipment operation and maintenance.
• Provide training and support to equipment operators and maintenance personnel.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and operational effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment control, maintenance, or a similar role in the maritime or logistics industry.
• Proficient in using equipment control software such as SAP, Maximo, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of maritime equipment and operations, including container cranes, reach stackers, and other specialized machinery.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing equipment performance and maintenance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Valid certification in maritime safety or a related field is a plus.
