📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Managing the company's financial operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Providing strategic financial advice to support business growth.

Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Managing accounts payable and receivable.

Preparing financial statements and analyzing financial performance.

Leading the finance team and mentoring junior staff.

Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial goals are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management.

Strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting standards.

Proficient in using financial software and tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
