📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.,Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all vehicles meet safety standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods and services.,Provide support and guidance to new drivers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
