📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation programs.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.,Support the HR team in any other duties as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or food industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
