📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks.,Provide strategic financial advice to the management, including financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.,Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of financial objectives.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize financial performance and ensure accuracy and reliability of financial information.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including management, investors, and regulatory bodies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective and efficient use of financial resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proficient in financial software and tools, including ERP systems, accounting software, and data analysis tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound financial decisions.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
