📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle check-ins and check-outs for guests and residents, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using FrontDesk Pro.
• Monitor and manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and well-maintained.
• Assist with evening security and emergency protocols.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and functionality.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in front desk or hospitality roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with property management systems, such as FrontDesk Pro, is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a certificate in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Knowledge of local regulations and emergency procedures.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg (44 lbs) as needed.
