Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with high quality and consistency,Maintain and clean coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance,Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demands,Recommend coffee products and food items to customers based on their preferences,Assist in stock management and inventory control,Participate in team meetings and follow all safety protocols,Uphold the company's values and maintain a positive and professional demeanor

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg),Passionate about coffee and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences
