📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Attend trade shows, wine tastings, and other industry events to promote our products.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the wine or beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
