📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their professional goals,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Collaborate with managers and employees to identify training needs and goals,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using training management software,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus🛠️ Keahlian
