📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Oversee staff scheduling and performance to maintain high service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and order stock to prevent shortages.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.,Assist in preparing and reviewing financial reports.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Promote the store's brand and products to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Certification in food safety and handling is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
