📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems and networks.,Support end-users with technical issues and provide IT assistance.,Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Participate in system backup and recovery procedures.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and IT security.,Proficiency in using various IT tools and software.,Good problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.
