📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support.,Ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints and issues.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the logistics or retail industry.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
