📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  • Support the Store Admin in handling customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of store materials and displays.
  • Help with the organization and management of store records and files.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of store events and promotions.
  • Support the Store Admin in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and data for the Store Admin.
  • Help with the coordination of store staff and volunteers.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with basic computer software and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
