In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Tutor in delivering high-quality education and mentoring to our students. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Tutor in planning and delivering lesson plans and activities.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and the Head Tutor.,Prepare and grade assignments, exams, and other assessments.,Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs and initiatives.,Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.,Collaborate with the Head Tutor and other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the educational program.,Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required.,Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Tutor or management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Tutor or a similar role in an educational setting.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching methods.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Valid teaching certification or license, preferably from Indonesia.,Experience in working with diverse student populations is a plus.
