Diamond Food Mandiri is looking for a dynamic and experienced Captain to join our team. As a Captain, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of drivers, ensuring that all deliveries are completed on time and that our customers are satisfied with our services. This is a hybrid position, which means you will be required to work both in the office and on the road.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of drivers, providing guidance and support to ensure that all deliveries are completed on time and that our customers are satisfied with our services.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery team.,Monitor and track the performance of the delivery team, providing regular feedback and coaching to help them improve.,Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed by the delivery team.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that all deliveries are completed on time and that our customers are treated with respect and courtesy.,Work closely with other departments within the company to ensure that all deliveries are coordinated and executed smoothly.,Attend and participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other company events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the logistics or transportation industry.,Experience working in a hybrid environment, with a good understanding of both office and fieldwork requirements.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of drivers.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,A valid driver's license and a good driving record.,Familiarity with the use of GPS and other navigation tools.,A high level of professionalism and integrity, with a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
