📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting job analyses and creating job descriptions and specifications.
  • Sourcing and attracting top talent through various recruitment channels.
  • Screening and evaluating applicants to ensure they meet the job requirements.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with hiring managers and providing updates.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and employers.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Providing feedback and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment strategies and best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
