📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow within the team.,Coordinate and supervise team members to meet project deadlines and targets.,Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to improve productivity.,Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.,Handle employee relations, including recruitment, training, and conflict resolution.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of team goals and objectives.,Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using office software and tools.,Familiarity with HR practices and employee management is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
