📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning and execution of banquet events from inception to completion.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure all aspects of the event are covered.,Manage the banquet staff, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle client inquiries and ensure their satisfaction throughout the event.,Monitor budget and expenses, ensuring they are within the allocated limits.,Organize and manage inventory for banquet supplies.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high standard of hospitality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet operations or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of banquet equipment and supplies.,Understanding of event planning and coordination.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
