📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee banquet operations from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality service.,Coordinate with vendors, catering staff, and other departments to ensure all event requirements are met.,Manage banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.,Monitor banquet budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in banquet areas.,Handle client inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in banquet management.,Prepare and present banquet reports, including event summaries and financial reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in banquet operations or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and staff at all levels.,Proven track record of successful banquet events and client satisfaction.,Familiarity with banquet software and tools, such as event planning and management systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
