Silver New Sejahtera is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Kitchen Crew to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. As a Lead Kitchen Crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality food preparation.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures for kitchen operations.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety procedures.,Prepare and cook meals according to set menus and customer requirements.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Crew or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international food preparation techniques and ingredients.,Knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.
