As a Lead Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Supervise junior accountants and provide guidance and training.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and monitor actual performance against these plans.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decisions.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and stakeholders.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with healthcare industry accounting practices is a plus.
