📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of management strategies and plans.,Support the management team in coordinating and supervising day-to-day operations.,Conduct market research and analyze data to support decision-making processes.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.,Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling and organizing meetings.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.,Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.,Contribute to the development of training programs for new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate or individual with limited work experience in the management field.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic management principles and practices.,Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new situations.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is a plus.
