In this role, you will work closely with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all mechanical and electrical systems are installed and maintained according to project specifications and industry standards. You will also provide technical guidance and support to site teams, ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems in large-scale construction projects
• Ensure that all work is completed according to project specifications and industry standards
• Provide technical guidance and support to site teams
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and safety of mechanical and electrical systems
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on site
• Provide regular progress reports to project managers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical foreman roles
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and industry standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Valid certification as a Mechanical and Electrical Foreman (preferably from the Indonesian Competency Assessment Agency or equivalent)
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software tools
• Ability to travel to project sites as required
