📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain and inventory operations
• Oversee warehouse management, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and order picking
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and meet business objectives
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in supply chain and inventory management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain and inventory management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience with SAP or JDE systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies is a plus
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
