📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals for the company.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to purchasing.,Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Handle any supplier or vendor complaints and resolve issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
