Spot Camp Indonesia is looking for a talented and dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores and enhancing the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Kulon Progo while contributing to the growth and success of our stores.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations to ensure efficient and effective daily activities.,Oversee inventory control, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Train and mentor store staff to maintain high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring they are resolved promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement store-specific initiatives and promotions.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of store plans and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to travel to the store location as needed.
