Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and partners in the freight and logistics industry.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.,Present and negotiate contracts and proposals to secure new clients and contracts.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.,Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.,Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the freight and logistics industry.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and logistics industry.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding KPIs.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
