Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.Develop and implement departmental strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.Manage the department's budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.Lead and mentor the department's team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, providing regular reports to senior management.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.Represent the company at internal and external meetings and events.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role in a similar industry.Proven track record of success in driving business growth and efficiency.Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.🛠️ Keahlian
