📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees, focusing on skills development and knowledge enhancement.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate training solutions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training activities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to align training programs with organizational goals.,Monitor and report on training progress, participation, and outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
