Union Motor Corporation, a leading automotive company in Indonesia, is looking for a passionate Corporate Training Specialist to join our Learning & Development team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering impactful training programs that enhance employee skills and boost overall organizational performance.

As a Corporate Training Specialist, you will work closely with various departments to understand their training needs, develop tailored training solutions, and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives. You will leverage industry-leading tools like Moodle and Microsoft Teams to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop training programs aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs.
• Deliver training sessions using various formats, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and workshops.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training solutions.
• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) like Moodle to create and manage training content.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in corporate training and employee development.
• Assist in the development and implementation of talent management strategies.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure the successful completion of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate training or learning and development.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) like Moodle.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
• Certification in instructional design or corporate training is a plus.
