📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers are happy and satisfied with their experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee station and surrounding areas.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a coffee shop or café environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment, including espresso machines, drip coffee makers, and milk frothers.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
