📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully securing funding through various channels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in using fundraising software such as Salesforce, Blackbaud, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with grant writing and proposal development.
