📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate technical documents, manuals, and instructions from Indonesian to Mandarin and vice versa.
• Coordinate with suppliers and partners to ensure clear communication of orders, specifications, and requirements.
• Facilitate meetings and discussions between Indonesian and Chinese-speaking teams to ensure understanding and alignment.
• Assist in training programs for new employees to improve their language skills and cultural understanding.
• Monitor and maintain the accuracy of translations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to provide relevant and accurate translations.
• Support the production team in resolving any communication-related issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin (HSK 4 or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in translation, preferably in a manufacturing or technical context.
• Strong understanding of the medical equipment industry and its terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using translation software such as Trados, SDL Trados Studio, or MemoQ.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation Studies, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Chinese business culture and customs.
