📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve premium tea, matcha, and coffee beverages with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and refine new drink recipes to meet customer preferences and market trends.
• Ensure consistent quality and taste in all beverages through proper brewing techniques and ingredient management.
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers to understand their preferences and needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized café environment, including equipment and work areas.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and meet daily sales targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in tea, matcha, and coffee preparation.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of café policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barista or Mixologist, preferably in a specialty coffee or tea environment.
• Proven ability to prepare and serve high-quality tea, matcha, and coffee beverages.
• Strong knowledge of brewing techniques and equipment, including espresso machines, steam wands, and milk frothers.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and delight customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the café team.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
• Passion for tea, matcha, and coffee and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
