📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and secure new tenants for the mall, ensuring a diverse and attractive mix of retail spaces.
• Negotiate leases and contracts with potential tenants, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage tenant relations, including lease renewals, rent adjustments, and compliance with lease agreements.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for the mall’s leasing strategy.
• Coordinate with the Leasing Team to achieve sales targets and maintain high occupancy rates.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.
• Ensure smooth operations by addressing tenant concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and tenant information using CRM software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail leasing, property management, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian retail market trends and dynamics.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
