📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct site surveys and measurements using advanced surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and drones
• Create detailed maps, plans, and reports using AutoCAD and other relevant software
• Ensure the accuracy and compliance of construction projects with local regulations and standards
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Provide essential data and insights to support decision-making processes
• Train and mentor junior surveyors and support staff
• Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Participate in site inspections and quality control processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction surveying
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant surveying software
• Certification in surveying (e.g., Professional Surveyor, Certified Construction Professional)
• Strong understanding of local regulations and standards in Bali
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
